2. Shipping method
If you choose the shipping method to your home, the shipping costs will be 6 € (Peninsula and Andorra). For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Baleares and Canarias, the customer will assume the costs of customs when the client receive the order, paying cash to the delivery company. If you choose store pickup mode (Óptica Estaire in C/ José de Hierro, 50), there will not be shipping costs, so the price will not be increased on your shopping cart. .
The stock of gafadeportiva.com depends largely on the availability of the manufacturer, notifying the client in case of more than 15 business days late and if he is not satisfied, we would proceed to pay back.
4. Order management
After payment confirmation, we will begin to prepare and manage the order. Gafa Deportiva products will be sent no later than 15 business days from the date of payment confirmation. However, the delay does not imply the cancellation of the order nor any compensation. The delivery is considered completed since the product becomes available to the customer by the carrier and the receiver signs the delivery receipt. 6. Eventual return of goods

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with products purchased in Gafa Deportiva, due to shipping costs or commission of banks, we can not proceed to pay back. The amount will be refunded by a voucher which can be exchanged for any other product of Estaire Sport or Óptica Estaire. Also, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping when he makes the return, and it should be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging.
All articles in Estaire Sport have 2 years warranty from the moment of receiving the product as long as it is a manufacturing defect. To analyze the defect, the product will be sent to the appropriate provider and it will go to a quality control which will evaluate the damage. This period will take between 15 and 30 days, depends on the manufacturer.
